Endurance has developed a chatbot that can remember not just words but the meaning: sentences, phrases, passages.

Existing problems in companies

  1. There’s no single base of knowledge for companies. The existing ones are not user-friendly and not flexible enough. You cannot ask a question from a messenger and get at once an answer to it.
  2. For a regular search you need to know keywords or a rubric. If a user mistook a keyword or doesn’t know the rubric, it will be difficult for him to find the right answer.
  3. Many bases of knowledge contain just a text or standard documents and no answers to particular questions.

Our solution

We offer to evaluate functions and advantages of the chatbot “corporative base of knowledge”.

Its work principle is very simple.

Any employee (or a group of employees) can teach the bot.

After that everybody can use the general corporative base of knowledge via messengers of Messenger, Telegram, Twitter, Gmail, Slack.

When suspected fraud on the part of the client it is necessary to contact the internal control service and the security via phone. At a suspicious operation it is necessary to contact one’s chief or the internal control service via phone number “хххх”.

The request function (an employee looks for answers in the chatbot)

Question: “What should I do in case of fraud suspicion on the part of the client? Or a fraud operation?”

Answer: “Contact the internal control service and the security via phone.”

Besides the manual way of teaching a chatbot, Endurance offers an automatic method of teaching.

Machine learning from Endurance

Let’s suppose, there’s an inner document or regulation act for the inner control. Endurance teaches the chatbot using the machine learning and load knowledge to the chatbot automatically.

We transform the text in the document into the combination of questions and answers and add to them notional functions: vectors, synonyms, correlation and much more to better explain the meaning of the text.
