Warranty, Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will immediately process a refund through PayPal or Amazon.

You will receive the credit as soon as the payment processor makes it available.


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.


We will refund your shipping costs for returning your item, as long as you use the same shipping method that we used to ship to you.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs or postal services.

If you have a preference of shipping carriers, we will honor it, but any additional shipping expenses are on you.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


We do not offer a standard warranty. However, we will provide free and recurring repair services for any and all damage to our products, with the exception of intentional damage and water/liquid damage for products not designed to be operated in a liquid. This warranty includes outbound shipping, but not inbound shipping.
