Machine VC9-1670T/N is a cutting industrial complex for textile, footwear, leather, and other industries and industries processing lumpy, rolled, natural, synthetic and multilayer materials, which is based on a cutting plotter with a vibroknife – a modern technology for cutting soft , friable, easily deformable materials, at which high cut quality, speed and precision are observed.
The machine has a two-section asynchronous cutting system, with an independent electric or pneumatic drive each, Each of the systems allows cutting with 5 types of blades, or applying a pattern marker, and also equipped with a stamping head (with electric or pneumatic drive), equipped with a steaming system for separate high-speed cutting / stamping.
Cutting takes place on a working table, which has a complex design that combines a closed conveyor belt for automatic material feeding and a vacuum clamping zone divided into sections to hold the material during cutting. Automatic feeding of material is carried out from rolls / reels installed on the rack. This is a fully automatic feeding system that has a device for gripping various types of material, while not pulling or stretching, and incl. performs multi-layer simultaneous feeding (up to 8 layers), ensuring accuracy while maintaining the smoothness of the material.
Irregularly shaped non-roll material, such as leather, is placed on the table by hand. The software, compatible with DXF and CAD formats, has the ability to scan outlines and optimally calculate cutting on any shape of material with a minimum amount of waste / trimmings. At the same time, it allows the operator to visually edit / change the result of the calculation, for which the machine uses a laser projector that highlights the pattern of cutting lines and thereby makes the layout of the entire cutting visible during a preliminary examination directly on the material. This greatly speeds up the process of monitoring and setting up the machine, and practically eliminates errors in the calculation.
In addition to the main task of forming a cutting pattern and the operation of knives, the modern intelligent software of the machine controls all aspects of work: it maintains an interface, a database, controls the operation of automatic devices, making the necessary settings when performing certain tasks, links these machines into a single complex under general remote control, corrects and updates online information for operators. The built-in network system provides data transfer from the ERP system of the factory for effective control of production processes and labor productivity.
For safety, the working area of the machine is closed, has a sound-absorbing layer, a system of sensors that control the work of the operator.
