Description

The TST-le400i filtering unit is a highly efficient electromechanically controlled filtration system.
This unit is specially designed for extracting and filtering waste gases and dusts generated by laser marking, engraving, cutting and welding. The system solves the problem of dust and poisonous gases generated during laser processing, as well as contamination of laser machine parts. The TST-le400i has a stepless speed control to achieve fine and smooth adjustments to the amount of smoke. The unit is equipped with automatic air supply control and sound and light signaling device. When the filter is clogged, the red indicator lights up and the buzzer sounds, reminding you to replace the filter. The TST-le400i unit uses imported components: a powerful and quiet fan, high-performance filters. The filtration system consists of two parts: a pre-filter and a main filter. The pre-filter removes larger particles from the air stream to prevent clogging of the main filter. The main filter consists of a high efficiency air filter (HEPA) and a carbon filter. The filter efficiency for 0.3 micron particles is 99.997%. The carbon filter is able to remove toxic gases from the air stream.
