About us

Endurance follows the principles of the “Manifesto for Agile Software Development”:

Endurance highest priority is to satisfy the customer through timely and failsafe delivery of valuable software and hardware solutions.

We welcome changing requirements even at the late stage of development if that change is

for the customer’s competitive advantage and provide additional services to make the customer’s business more profitable.

We deliver our products failsafe within the period of two weeks to a couple of months in preference to shorten time frame. Done is better than perfect.

Our business partners, software engineers, and hardware developers always work together throughout the project. Business approach is as important as technical one.

We build projects around motivated individuals and hire only motivated, focused and disciplined people.

Endurance management is always supportive. We stick to the rule: Give your employees the environment and support they need, and trust them to get the job done.

The most efficient and effective method of conveying information to and within a development team is a face-to-face conversation. If that is not possible we use Skype, Viber, LinPhone, Google Hangout, WhatsApp.

Working solution is the primary measure of progress. Sold solution is a measure of success.
Agile processes promote sustainable development.
The sponsors, developers, and users should be able to maintain a constant pace indefinitely.
Continuous attention to technical excellence and good design enhances agility.
Simplicity–the art of maximizing the amount of work not done–is essential.
The best architectures, requirements, and designs emerge from self-organizing teams.

The team members now and then discuss how to become more effective, then adapt their behavior accordingly.
Management can be automated. If it can be automated well enough, a hierarchy is not necessary. Small groups need to be able to switch quickly between adhocracy and democracy while preserving fairness.
