CNC woodworking engraving machine M-1325A is designed for the manufacture of products from soft and hard wood, chipboard, MDF, as well as hardboard, PVC, getinaks, artificial stone, combined materials. This series of CNC router and engraving machine can solve most of the typical production tasks and can be used for high-precision, high-speed cutting and engraving of various products in furniture, advertising, architecture, model production, mold making, glass processing, acrylic, etc. P. for the manufacture of simple and complex elements in 2 and 3 planes.
Machine design: Welded bed, made of profiled thick-walled rolled metal, which gives the machine strength, sufficient weight, static and accuracy when processing materials. The mechanical part of the CNC milling and engraving machine consists of a mobile portal with a spindle assembly installed on it. Rack and pinion drive on all three axes /on request it is possible to install a screw with a double ball screw on the Z axis/, driven by stepper motors, which are controlled either from a computer with an NCstudio system interface, or through an installed DSP unit with manual control functions. The machine is equipped by default with a working table made of dural profile, covered with protective PVC and has T-slots for fixing workpieces, or it can have a vacuum 6-section clamping system. The accuracy of the machine is determined by the double linear guides installed along the axes. In the extreme positions, limit contactless sensors are installed. The spindle can be changed to a more powerful one with either water or air cooling, and is also equipped with a zero position / material touch sensor. /
