Refunds
If you got the laser and you were not happy with it – simply send it back within 30 days after you got it and we will issue you a full refund.
Sometimes we can extend the trial period upon request.
Endurance Lasers LLC charges 50$ restocking fee for non used items. If the item was used and tested then we charge 100$ restocking fee.
Limitation of liability
We do not take any responsibility if you damage your machine, your frame, or your mainboard while the installation process.
Replacement
If your laser was broken or needs a repair we will send you a replacement as soon as we can. We do provide a replacement for free and do not charge extra for shipping costs.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must comply with our refund procedures.
Shipping
We send all our items via DHL express delivery.
We cover return costs inside the US once you send the unit back to our US office.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs or postal services but we are always trying to help if any delays occur.
All units are shipped under DAP terms of delivery.
Warranty
We provide a lifetime warranty on all Endurance lasers.
Customs and delivery process
Endurance takes care of delivery and custom services if you buy a laser from us.
We file all papers for customs very carefully and you will have no issues with getting your laser at the final destination.
Sometimes customs may ask for additional papers from you; just let us know we are ready to help!
We do everything for our customer’s satisfaction and respect all international laws.
Most of the units we ship are not taxable and have no import limitations.
We ship all items from our US office.
We mainly use a DHL express delivery service.

Worldwide shipment: 3-5 days.Endurance lasers LLS sells lasers “as is” and does not comply with any standards of assembling, soldering, etc.
All Endurance products are assembled in the Endurance lasers workshop and tested before shipment. That is why the final design and components might look different.
We do not take responsibility if you have problems with the software while running the laser or engraving machine. However, our lasers are fully compatible with most 3D printers and CNC routers.
All the software we use and suggest is free and mostly open source.
