Design: machine floor execution. The bed and portal of the machine are welded, made of profiled thick-walled metal-roll, which gives the machine strength, static and accuracy in the processing of materials. The machine is equipped with a vacuum sectional work table with T-slots, which allows you to fasten workpieces, both with the help of vacuum and with the help of mechanical clamps. The accuracy of the machine is determined by double prismatic guides installed along the axes, closed from the impact by a protective casing. The mechanical part of the CNC milling and engraving machine consists of a mobile portal with a spindle assembly installed on it. Rack and pinion drive with helical gears in the X and Y axes and ball screw in the Z axis are driven by servo motors, the drives of which use planetary gears. Limit proximity sensors are installed in the extreme positions of the axes. The machine has a reliable automatic lubrication system for guides and assemblies. The independent air-cooled spindle has a connection standard for setting the tool in automatic mode, for which it is equipped with a circular / turret / multi-position tool change system, with a separate servo drive, and is also equipped with an automatic tool calibration sensor. The machine control cabinet is isolated from vibrations, overheating and other external influences. All its components and connections are easily accessible for inspection and maintenance. The machine is pleased with the system for preparing air for supply to the vacuum pump and the aspiration system of an improved design, which allows more efficient removal of dust and chips both from the cutting zone and from the entire surface of the table. At the same time, its layout does not interfere with the working strokes of the spindle, and the independent electric drive of the pump does not take power.
The CNC stand is made in a protected, separate from the machine block with forced cooling, with the convenience for the operator in the setting, input and visual control. It has a color protected screen, push-button interface, manual control joystick, light signaling, ports for communication with a computer or reading programs from flash memory. The standard functionality and the rack library implement all the production capabilities of the machine when processing, editing and creating programs, it has a simple and understandable graphical interface. Uses G-code for control and is compatible with software such as Artcam/Alphacam/UG/Pro-E/Mastercam/Ucancam/Solid and other CAD/CAM 3D design systems.
