 The gas discharge tubes of CO2 laser ZS series have been researched and developed by our company for three years and officially put into production in 2015. This is an improved type of laser tubes with a service up to 10,000 hours, the power of individual varieties can reach 180 watts. They have stable operating parameters of laser radiation. The catalyst deposited on the gas discharge tube significantly lengthens its service life. Compared with similar products, our discharge tubes have undoubted advantages due to their small size, good laser spot parameters and high cutting speed, enabling our customers to realize the high performance/price ratio of EFR products in practice.

 Stability.   The blanks are made from glass pipes imported from Germany. Our company is the only company that uses German technology to apply the glass-to-metal sealing technique for CO2 laser discharge tubes.

 Power. The ZS series of CO2 laser discharge tubes use fully reflective mirrors and output lenses made in the USA. The power of our laser tubes is 40% higher than other similar products of the same length. The maximum power can reach 220W

 Long service life.  The catalyst deposited in the discharge tube is the embodiment of a unique electrode regeneration technique, which ensures a service life of over 10,000 hours, a more stable discharge and no power attenuation for a long time.

 Laser beam spot parameters. Customizable resonator, good beam quality, TEM00 mode and stable power provide excellent price/performance ratio for industrial applications.

Construction. All components are produced by imported Japanese machining equipment. A unique glass-to-metal sealing technique and industry standard products are applied.
