Description

Machine MF-1325AT is designed for the manufacture of products from soft and hard wood, chipboard, MDF, hardboard, PVC, getinaks, artificial stone, combined materials. This series of CNC Router and Engraver is designed to solve most typical production tasks, and can be used for high-precision, high-speed cutting and engraving of various products in furniture, advertising, architectural, model production, mold making, glass processing, acrylic, etc. P. for the manufacture of simple and complex elements in 2 and 3 planes.
Machine design: floor-standing machine. The bed is made of profile thick-walled metal-roll, giving the machine strength, sufficient weight, static and accuracy in the processing of materials. The mechanical part of the CNC milling and engraving machine consists of a mobile portal with a spindle assembly installed on it. HIWIN double prism guides determine the accuracy. Rack and pinion drive along the X and Y axes and double screw screw drive along the Z axis are driven by servomotors, which are controlled by a Taiwan SINTEC rack. The control rack of the machine is made in a separate case protected from influences. The machine is controlled both in software and in manual / edited modes, with all the necessary and standard sets of functions, with display of readings. Machines are compatible with software such as Type3/Artcam/UG/Pro-E/Mastercam/Ucancam and other CAD/CAM systems capable of generating standard G-code. PVC and has T-slots for fixing workpieces, or is equipped with a 6-section vacuum clamping system, powered by a vacuum pump installed in the housing. The accuracy of the machine is determined by the double linear guides installed along the axes. In the extreme positions, limit contactless sensors are installed. Spindle with a power of 9 kW, made in Italy, has air cooling and is equipped with an automatic tool change system – linear of 8 positions, and is also equipped with a zero position / touch sensor.
To increase productivity, additional devices and systems can be installed on the machine: an aspiration system is used to remove dust and chips; systems of automatic lubrication and supply of cooling / oil mist / to the cutting zone; an additionally installed rotary axis is used for processing bodies of revolution.
