Description
The machine is designed for processing products from a very wide range of materials: from soft – wood, chipboard, MDF, hardboard, PVC, getinax, artificial stone, – to hard: steel, cast iron, stone.. This series of milling and engraving machines with CNC is designed to solve most typical production tasks and can be used for high-precision, high-speed cutting and engraving of various products of furniture, advertising, architectural, model production, mold making, etc. for the manufacture of simple and complex elements in 2 and 3 planes.
A special feature of the machine is a cast frame, which significantly increases the rigidity and, accordingly, the accuracy when processing workpieces made of metals and other hard materials. The size of the machine is one of the most compact, suitable for most production operations when processing souvenirs, jewelry and other small items. Occupying a small space, the machine fits easily into the technical area of small workshops. Machine design: machine IGV-5060-1.5 floor version. The cast bed of the machine is installed on a welded pedestal made of profile thick-walled metal-roll, which gives the machine strength, sufficient weight, static and accuracy during processing, inside which all the control electronics of the machine are placed. The mechanical part of the CNC milling and engraving machine consists of a movable table along the Y axis, i.e. the portal is static. The spindle assembly of the machine moves along it relative to the X axis, in which, in turn, the guides of the Z axis are installed. The accuracy of the machine is determined by the double linear guides installed along the axes. Movement is carried out from stepper motors through double ball screws, through reinforced compensation sleeves that have a longer service life. Axes drives are controlled either from a computer with an Ncstudio system interface /embedded board with permanent connection to a computer/, or through an installed DSP controller with manual control functions /permanent connection to a computer is not needed/.
By default, the machine is equipped with a hermetic working table-bath, inside which the workpiece is installed and processed, accompanied by the supply of coolant to the cutting zone. The cooling system kit /coolant supply/ has a separate container with a submersible pump, as well as hoses and a magnetic fitting on the spindle. Turning off the coolant supply can be either manual /button/, or software, /when an additional driver of the 4th axis is connected to the control board/. Installation of blanks is carried out by means of clamps /clamps/ fixed in T-slots. In the extreme positions, end sensors are installed. The 1.5 kW water-cooled spindle can be equipped with a zero position / touch sensor, as well as an aspiration system / vacuum cleaner / that removes dust and chips.
This series machine is compatible with software such as Type3/ Artcam/ UG/ Pro-E/ Mastercam / Ucancam and other CAD/CAM systems.
