Description

Produces engraving on various materials. The main directions in the application of the machine: advertising industry, marking, processing of small stamps, molds, production of art products, precision machining operations in various industries, etc. using blanks from materials such as: metal and its alloys, metal foil, carbon plates, stone, incl. synthetic, wood and plywood, glass, plastic and its derivatives: acrylic, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, etc. Differs in compactness, simplicity and wide applicability. At the same time, it has high-quality cutting, long service life and minimal maintenance. 
Structurally: prefabricated metal frame, guides along the axes, X, Z feed is carried out by a spindle, Y – by a table driven by stepper motors through ball screws. The surface of the aluminum table is solid, has threaded holes for workpiece fixtures, high-speed air/water-cooled spindle motor. The receiver and interface are in a separate unit with a connected DSP manual control unit, which has a memory for programs, many settings, including: the function of remembering the state when work is interrupted, storing the last processing point in memory, the function of predicting the processing time, etc. 
The machine can be used both by direct connection to a computer, /set with NCStudio control board, and   independent of the computer, using the USB interface in the DSP box, which allows you to work with flash memory directly. The machine comes with everything you need to get started.
