Machine VC9-850CCD is a small cutting module for textile, shoe, leather, and other industries and industries processing lumpy, rolled, natural, synthetic and multilayer materials, which is based on a cutting plotter with a vibroknife – a modern technology for cutting soft, loose , easily deformable materials, while maintaining high cut quality, speed and precision accuracy.
Compact, completely enclosed machine, has a classic portal design with a cutting head mounted on the portal with a vibroknife. It has the ability to install interchangeable tools, allows you to cut with several types of blades, or punch / stamp small holes (perforate with quick removal of scraps), or apply a drawing with a marker.
Cutting takes place on a desktop that has a material clamping system during cutting. The material is placed on the table by hand. Licensed software, compatible with DXF and CAD systems, has the ability to optimally calculate cutting according to the given dimensions with a minimum amount of waste / trimmings. With the additional installation of a laser projector, this allows the operator to visually edit / change the result of the calculation of cutting lines, which makes the layout of the entire cutting visible during the preliminary inspection directly on the material. This greatly speeds up the process of setting up the machine, practically eliminates errors in the calculation.
In addition to the main task of forming a cutting pattern and the operation of knives, the modern intelligent software of the machine controls all aspects of its operation: it maintains an interface, a database, controls automatic operation, makes the necessary settings when performing certain tasks, links these machines into a single complex under general remote control, corrects and updates online information for operators. The built-in network system provides data transfer from the ERP system for efficient control of production processes and labor productivity on each machine. For work safety standards, the machine body with a noise-absorbing layer installed inside is used, and the working area has a system of optical sensors that control its boundaries during operation. automatic cutting module into the production line (with additionally installed systems for loading and unloading / collecting material) for the manufacture of the same small parts and parts.
