At the same time, it has high-quality cutting, long service life and minimal maintenance.
Structurally: prefabricated metal frame, guides along the axes of the company HIWIN, X, Z feed is carried out by a spindle, Y is a portal driven by stepper motors through a ball screw. The surface of the table is made of duralumin profile with T-slots for fastening the workpiece, high-speed air-cooled spindle motor. Receiver and interface in a separate unit with an interface for connecting to a computer. The machine works with a direct connection to a computer, under the control of the Mach3 program.
The machine comes with everything you need to get started. On request, it is possible to complete the machine with a special rotary device for processing cylindrical surfaces of the workpiece.
