Description

Produces engraving on various materials. The main directions in the application of the machine: advertising industry, marking, processing of small stamps, molds, production of art products, precision machining operations in various industries, etc. using blanks from materials such as: metal and its alloys, metal foil, carbon plates, glass, stone, incl. synthetic, wood, chipboard, MDF, and plywood, plastic and its derivatives: acrylic, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, etc. Differs in compactness, simplicity and wide applicability. At the same time, it has high-quality cutting, long service life and minimal maintenance.
Structurally: prefabricated metal frame, round guides along the HIWIN axes, X, Z feed is carried out by a spindle, Y is a portal driven by stepper motors through a ball screw. The surface of the table is made of duralumin profile with T-slots for fastening the workpiece, high-speed spindle motor with air or water cooling. Receiver and interface in a separate unit with the ability to connect a DSP hand control, which has a memory for programs, many settings, including: the function of storing the state when interrupted, storing the last processing point in memory, the function of predicting the processing time, etc.
The machine can be used by direct connection to a computer /through an installed PCI card/, or by using the USB interface in the DSP unit, which allows you to work with flash memory directly. The machine comes with everything you need to get started. On request, it is possible to complete the machine with a special rotary device for processing cylindrical surfaces of the workpiece.
