Endurance lasers are sold «as is» and no refunds are available. However, we will immediately process replacements for defective units.
 RefundsOnce we receive your item back, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. You will receive the credit as soon as the payment processor makes it available.
|  ReturnsYou have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Shipping We will refund your shipping costs for returning your item, as long as you use the same shipping method that we used to ship to you. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs or postal services. If you have a preference for shipping carriers, we will honor it, but any additional shipping expenses are on you.
