That is, you can just ask «procedure of transactions» or “civil capability” and it will give you an answer. No need to write “what is civil capability?” You can write one and the same inquiry several times, and the chatbot will look for the most relevant answer. It is important that at the end of each answer there is a number in square brackets, choosing a particular number you can move inside the knowledge base; for example, writing «1119» when at [1118] will move you to the next memory cell in this document.

How does memorizing work?
The chatbot uses a third-party service ParaPhraser.ru to add synonyms, word vectors, and key notions to the memory cell, thus, the chatbot memorizes not just words but the meaning.

If you need to be reminded of something, or somebody asks you to remind him of something, this chatbot will be absolutely helpful. Just write what you want to be reminded of. The Chatbot will remember it and informs you it got it.

Reminders of this kind come automatically, which is especially important when you need to remind of something another person.
How is this function implemented?
This solution is created with the help of regular expressions, which analyze the meaning and such parameters as: date, place, time, phone, email, etc. They are stored in the database of knowledge. The chatbot checks every 5-10 minutes if there’s a need to remind somebody of something.
