Endurance is bringing robotics to high school and colleges with DIY SelfieBot: first fully 3D printed, practical cell phone or tablet driven robot. A DIY (Do-It-Yourself) SelfieBot kit is a tool for students to make their own robot under Endurance’s supervision, using its visual tutorials and guidance. Endurance tries to make this process as simple as possible sharing their knowledge and experience. Our main goal is to make robots and robotics technology popular among software and mechanical engineers.
Endurance Robots is offering schools and students the opportunity to learn about robotic technology and the impact it will have on society, through exciting, hands-on, education initiatives and competitions
From September, Robotics Challenges for Key-Stage 4, Key-Stage 5 and University students will provide faculty with the framework and tools to engage and inspire their learners to think about robotics in ways that will benefit their everyday life
The technology, learning material and support required is all provided by Endurance Robots to help educate students and to develop their skills
Registered participants can make unlimited entries in up to three competition categories, with awards and prizes going to both the winning students and to their respective schools
